This is a letter of reference for Brian Snyder and Greater Pittsburgh Properties.
I first contacted Greater Pittsburgh Properties in mid November, 2008 regarding my house for sale in the City of Pittsburgh. I have owned my home for about 25 years, and due to some repairs and updates that were needed, I knew I could not sell my house the traditional way through a real estate agent. I needed and investor to buy my house, and I needed it to happen quickly.
Brian gathered some information about my house and neighborhood and came to my house to view the property. He explained that his company was not interested in purchasing my property, but he could still help me with the sale. He made me several fair and flexible offers and sent my house to his list of investors. He went on to say that he hoped to have a buyer within a month.
About a week passed, and he called me to set up an appointment to show the property to one of his investors. Approximately 48 hours after the showing I received a call telling me that the house was under agreement and the closing would be scheduled soon.
Ironically, I closed on the sale of my home exactly 2 months to the day that I first contacted Brian and Greater Pittsburgh Properties. Keep in mind that this is from November through January… the holiday season and winter weather as well as during a recession and bad economy. If you need or want a quick sale on your property, and have the flexibility in the price and/or terms of your sale, I would recommend Brian to you.
Brian accomplished what the media and others said cannot be done… a quick sale for a fair price in a short amount of time.
